Embu got lucky this time that the opportunity to host a national retail supermarket didn't pass just like it did some few years back. Uchumi Supermarket is in town and it got people crazy though of late not so many people are going there. But anyway, I love the items they brought there; pizzas (the nearest place you could get a pizza was Meru- some 190 miles away); they also have an in-built butchery and bakery which makes it even better. Anyway, I think people head down there and shop 'cause the place got some real cool things to buy....
